Tudots

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Tudots app and its AI assistants, the Dots, provided by the company that publishes Tudots (as shown on the App Store), a company registered in Bulgaria. By using Tudots you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Who can use Tudots

You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

2. The app

Tudots lets you plan and track tasks. Using it needs a subscription. Every plan includes all app features: tasks, reminders, your year in dots, widgets, the Apple Watch app, the evening check-in and Friends. Tudots Plus and Tudots Pro also include the Dots, the AI assistants, with a daily number of requests: 30 a day with Plus, 100 a day with Pro. Tudots Basic has no AI.

3. Subscriptions and payment

4. The Dots and AI

The Dots use AI to understand your requests and suggest tasks and plans. They can misunderstand or be wrong. Check important dates and times. Plans for training, study or health are general suggestions, not professional, medical or financial advice. Listen to your body: check with a doctor before starting a new training plan if you have any health concerns, and stop if something hurts. You take part in any activity at your own risk. The Dots have daily limits so they stay fast and fair for everyone.

5. Your content

What you write in Tudots is yours. You give us only the permission needed to process it so the Dots can answer you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fair use

Don't misuse Tudots: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no automated requests, and nothing illegal or harmful in your nickname or requests.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Tudots running, but the Dots need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve or change features over time.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Tudots without owing you anything. Thank you!

9. Intellectual property

Tudots, its design, its drawings and the Dots characters belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal use under Apple's licence; please don't copy, sell or redistribute it.

10. No warranty

Tudots is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that reminders or the Dots' answers will always be correct.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed appointment. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

12. Ending

You can stop using Tudots at any time by deleting it; cancel your subscription in Settings so it doesn't renew. We may change or stop parts of the service, and may block misuse. If we ever stop Tudots, the app on your phone and your tasks stay yours.

13. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Tudots, its support or any claims about it, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

14. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

15. Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply, and you can bring a claim there. You can also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg). If a clause is invalid, the rest stays in force.

16. Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above. For important changes we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; if you keep using Tudots after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using Tudots and cancel Premium.

17. Other services

Tudots relies on services run by others: Apple (App Store, iCloud, notifications, speech recognition) and OpenAI (the Dots' answers). Their own terms apply to them, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes.

18. Reporting illegal content

The only content other people can see is a Friends nickname. If you see one that is illegal or abusive, write to us through the App Store page with the nickname and why. We'll look at it promptly, remove it if it breaks the law or these terms, and let you know what we did.

19. Contact
